ANCIENT BRONZE VERSION
Lug / Lugus / Lugh
Celtic god of light and many skills
In Gaulish tradition, he is known as Lug or Lugus, and as Lugh in Irish myths. He masters many crafts, from woodworking to music and much more. He is also recognized as a god of light and the day, often depicted as a warrior with his weapons under the epithet Lámhfhada (“long arm”), and sometimes even in the form of a horse.
Lug symbolizes mastery, creativity, and strength, guiding those who seek wisdom and talent. He is honored during the festival of Lughnasadh.
